I bought this a few years ago at an estate sale, as I am a huge fan of Asian Art...I love unique pieces and can usually find some type of idenfication to age or date or understand what a piece may be or where or when it was created. Most times it takes many, many hours of hard searching before I find a starting point, and other times, I end up where I am now, devoid of any information after countless hours of searching!
I believe this is a Chinese piece, but I am unsure, thus I will stop here and allow the photographs to provide the description. I will provide the size information later today, as I have to go to my storage to measure the piece (I misplaced the note which included all of the info!)
Any assistance in identification; History?Age? Value?Mark? Would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks in advance!
