Description
The desk is an 'S' roll top, but unique in that it has a typewriter platform that slides from under the desk and slides up a bar to the left side of the desk. When stowed, the typewriter sits in its own roll top (bottom) compartment. I have searched and searched and cannot find a similar desk anywhere. It has not been refinished.
The desk is in good shape, but one of the pencil drawers needs to be re-attached. Comes with oak chair (not an antique).
I don't have a lot of other info about the history of this piece.
