VICTORIAN LITHO PAINTING

Where it has LITHO ___A It is USA. Mine has it also. On the lower right correct? I was recently told that when a painting has the words duplicated on the lower left, where it says COPYRIGHT____ outside the perimeter of the painting, it should also say the same just above it in the perimeter of the painting, this means it is not a replica. Not sure of the trueth yet as I am seeking info on my Ben Stahl litho. GOOD LUCK
