Description Hey there! First, thanks for taking the time to check this out. So, I just aquired something from an estate auction, and I haven't actually had a chance to pick it up personally and inspect it yet. However, I'm quite excited and admittedly very undereducated on antiques and the Victorian era. I was wondering if, based on the various photos I was supplied, I could get any kind of information that can be speculated about it? I don't expect any miracles in terms of identification or anything, but I think it's such a pretty piece and I'm so curious about it! I really appreciate any and all insights and comments! Thank you so much in advance! The estate auctioneer had this description on this chair; "Victorian walnut revolving chair c1870. Walnut back with moulded up-rights terminating in carved scroll detail. Beautiful solid wood carved base and back.Vintage design."

It's a Rococo style organ /piano stool and dates from the third quarter of the 19th century. Right now they are not a hot item, most sell at auction for less than $350.00 these days.
