It's in the Colonial Revival style by the Canadian furniture company "Vilas". They made a huge amount of furniture in the Colonial style.Vilas was a renowned Canadian manufacturer of rock maple furniture based in Cowansville, Quebec, they operated until the 1970's I believe. At Auction these go for about $150.00.
