cute baby doll made in hong kong says on her back, all plastic , her head is rubber, blonde coarse hair, blue eyes that close and open, hole in her mouth for bottles, she looks vintage, don't know what era or value, thanks for your help.

Hi, 

i have a doll exactly like this one. I got it from Santa in 1952.  I named her Sandy.  At present, i do not  have her clothes. She had a baby bottle and a pink pacifier. I loved her when I got her and still do.  My daughter, grandchildren and now my great dandaughter have all played with her. 

 

I have no no idea what, if anything, it's worth.
