Given to me by a customer who says it was his in elementary school over 65+ yrs ago. Also has "Elkhart, Ind." engraved under the "selmer" engraving. Can't find any pics wirh this same design engraved on it so it has peaked my curiosity a little.

If you wanted to pin down the exact year your trumpet was made you could try a site called hornucopia.com > You will need the serial number which is usually by the middle valve of the trumpet. So check it out and you can at least find out how old your trumpet is. As to value, I am not sure although if it was a real early model it might be worth some good cash. Still, sounds like you have a good piece of history there anyway.
