Description
I think it's hand painted and the floral designs feel "raised" compared to the black color. It was purchased at auction around 20 years ago. The auction was for the closure of the Frederick & Nelson department store in Seattle. Supposedly the store was decorated with hundreds of different types of chandeliers.
