Description
7" x 11-3/4", paper thin sticks, 32 carved/pierced sticks, that are connected with original ribbon, copper pin and loop, with tassels. The sticks has a color variation grain patern and the outside sticks have a slight textured grain.
Original paper box with clear glass top.
I got this from an Antique store about 1975, they said it was Ivory,
One online appraser just said it's plastic, but the hot needle test did not melt it, there is a crack on one of the outside sticks that is very ragged, and the piercing when looked at under a magnifying glass is also ragged.
