Vintage Nicolo Salanti button accordian

I have a Nicolo Salanti buttonbox. Im not sure if its called a concertina or a melodian or what. It was my fathers brothers. He bought it new whenever that was many many years ago. I am possibly interested in selling it but I would like to know the approximate value of it and anything else you can tell me.

History
This was my fathers brothers instrument who had died in the war. My dad inherited it a long long time ago. My dad told me it was worth alot of money as he found out from somewhere or somebody years ago.
