I purchased this cedar chest about 10 years ago from an attorney who was moving to Washington, DC and had to downsize from a 4 bedroom home to a one bedroom apartment. She said it was her grandmother's cedar chest, but that is about all the information I have about it. I ahve posted several pictures. The style number on the bottom reads: 4345 and the serial number reads: 081729. I can't find any other markings to indicate who the maker might be. It is in excellent condition with no damage at all except one superficial scratch on the top. I wouldn't mind knowing it's value, but I really would just like to know the maker, etc. Thanks to anyone who can help.
