History
This beetle was made by Vittorio Costantini. I came across it at a hole in the wall antique store. The seller had no idea what it was but with a little research I figured it out. These pieces have only been up for auction one time that I could find. Costantini does not generally sell his works of art. I verified this pieces authenticity through the museum curator at "The Corning Museum of Glass"

These do come up from time to time, most of the ones I've seen seem to sell in the $450-800 range.
