w goebel figurine

Description

I have looked all over the internet for this and cant find anything. It is 1foot tall. At the bottom it has the year 1963 on it. On the back it has a sticker that says golden crown E&R. Also on the bottom I cant read the letters but it look like either MH or HH also it has a number beside it 166.
