Description I believe I have an original watercolor by artist Wallace G. Noel. I believe it’s a watercolor because I can see some pencil marks on the outline of the roof and a couple of other places. There is description of the painting written in pen on the back. It is behind glass. I can’t find any information on the artist online accept for one auction where a painting sold for 17 dollars but that doesn’t tell me much.

Wallace Noel was my grandfather who passed when I was 13. Originally from Springfield MA. Lived in Otis MA when this was painted.
Where did you come across this? I have several of his pieces. If you ever want to part with it please let me know!
