Hi,

I would appreciate if you could tell me how much I can ask for this lamp. 

And if it is old, how can I clean it (as you can see it's very dirty) without taking it's patina off.

I am no expert and can't offer any insight into what it is worth, but I can say that cleaning it in any way other than dusting is a bad idea. My mother had some old brass items, and she lightly cleaned them, did not remove the patina, and still dropped the value to almost nothing.
