What is this?

By dogroomerjvl, 13 November, 2011
Description

This item looks like it may be a grave marker or possibly a weapon of some sort. The top is adorned with a Ibizan dog. The dog looks gold and has never tarnished. Also adorned with skulls and faces. Bottom of this piece comes to a point that looks like a stake you would put in the ground. This piece is heavy for being it's small size.

Re: What is this?

That piece is very intriguing. I would recommend you have it officially appraised by an antique dealer as it is just georgous. I would personally love to own that, so I'm sure others would as well

Re: What is this?

All I can say is it depicts an Indonesian God, what it would be used for I have no idea.
