Willow Pattern Meat Platter

By John Watt, 10 September, 2015
Description

We received this Willow Pattern, antique meat platter 50 years ago as a wedding present.

Size 171/2 inches x 14 inches and 13/4 inches high. The back is stamped F PRIMAVERA & SONS, CARDIFF AND SWANSEA

The are some minor imperfections, for example the edge has some undulations as though it has neen hand finished, and also a couple of small bumps (sand grains?) in the glaze. No cracks or chips.

Any information on the manufacturer and a suggested valuation would be appreciated. We have never used this dish and are considerering selling.
