thank you kathy. would you happen to know anything about this plate or the time frame it was made in?

Couldn't find a thing on the person just knew the name because my hubby is German. I would say it looks like a tourist item. Probably had a "made in Germany" sticker at one point. That style of painting has been around for hundreds of years but that plate looks like it may be 1950-60's.

I tried researching the artists name too and couldn't find anything. Thank you for your thoughts - I appreciate it. Karen
