Witness Sheffield two blade pocket knife

trying to find out more about this pocket knife. Witness Sheffield England  two blade knife that was in the same box of my grand farthers gear that included a 1922 straight razor from Germany. Just trying to find out how old it is and maybe how much it is worth.
