This is an Irmi Rocking Horse Lamp with two children and dog that plays music, When the dog is turned the music box plays Brahms Lullaby while the horse rocks. Would make a nice addition to a childs room.
this antique oriental lamp was aquired at a estate sale. in excellent condtion. very ornate and color full. has mystical creatures or lore, mermaids . base is i believe brass. it stands 18 in. tall to the top of light bulb socket. base is 7 in. wide. this lamp does light up. works well. has a shade and and a brass ring for top of shade. there are not any names or other clues as to where or who this was made by anywhere that i can see. someone that looked at this lamp thought it was made in the 1930 era.
