Typically antique New Home Sewing machines will go for between $100.00-$500.00 depending on which model you have, the condition, and whether you have a cover (wood) or not. The older good condition Model A 1870's go for around the upper range. Hope this helps.

I found a new home treadle machine at a yard sale. I've been trying to research a year or value on the internet, and I'm not having much luck. Do you know of where I could go to compare a picture to my machine. Also, I have searched and searched the machine for a serial number, do you know where the serial numbers for New Home machines are located? Melissa Please reply to [email protected]

try looking under the feeder, or where the needle of the machine would be, there is usually a metal plate directly under that part that slides out and the serial number is located on that.

Good Luck....I too have a very nice New Home Sewing Machine the #'s are not located exactly there but in the area, #'s K98892 which is located on the Edge of the Machine itself AND another # K109704 which I found on the Square Plate on Top....when I tried to pull them up Online I got a Response that They did NOT match any documents!!!

We have a New Home Parlor Cabinet Machine, it has everything still with it, book, extra bobbins, key to the cabinet, parts list etc. The serial number puts it made between late 1906 and early 1907. If I wanted to sell it where would be the best place to list it and approx. price range?
