My husband and I are attempting to figure out this item's worth for a friend. He said he has had the watch for over 40 years. His nephew wound the watch too tight, so it no longer works.

Unfortunately American Watch company is not an in demand pocket watch. American pocket watches that are in demand are manufacturers such as Walthams, Railroad, Hamilton, and early 18th century - English, Piguet, etc. This watch would sell for around $100.00.
I'd be willing to purchase it if they are interested or provide more info on this watch and it's age. You can contact through my eBay ID savoirauctions.
Your report says "American pocket watches that are in demand are manufacturers such as Walthams"
I have a Waltham watch, gold, hunter style. Purchased new in 1926 for my late father.
I would be most grateful of you would give me some idea of its value. Not an appraisal just a "ball park" figure or range will do.
If you will do this for me would you please reply to me by email

I have an American Waltham Watch Co. watch in a Dueber Watch case. I can't seem to find much info on this. There is a certificate in the watch case that says it is 14 Karat Special Gold Filled with a 25 year warranty. I have serial numbers if helpful. I just want information on the age and history of the watch. I would also love to get an idea of the value. If you could point me in the right direction, I would appreciate it. I would have to travel about four hours to find an appraiser and I just want to know if it would be worth my while or not. Please contact me at [email protected].
I have a Waltham pocket watch that was my fathers. He passed away last year and I ended up with it. My father used to collect antiques, and I'm trying to find out some information about it. The watch still works. On the back inside there are the numbers 361362. On the inside of the front of the case there are the numbers 1422 with a 3 above the numbers. If anyone can give me a little bit of information about this watch, I would be grateful. You can e mail me at [email protected]
Thanks!
I also have an 18th century railroad pocket watch that I am seeking information about. I can not find "anything" on this watch. Not even when I use a basic internet search engine submittal. Nothing on "Wakefield" and watches. There doesn't seem to be any other out there. Nor is "Wakefield" listed in any watchmakers listings. Please, anyone??
Unfortunately American Watch
I'd be willing to purchase
