The market is currently flooded with Silverplate and it is becoming difficult to sell it, currently even plated teasets in very good condition sell for less than $200.00.
I've just learned that the touch mark is that of E.G. Webster & Sons. The mark is apparently an early version. But, how early and how do you assess age. I'm not really interested in selling, but I am interested in knowing if there are more pieces and to what value they may have.
