Your clock is based on

Your clock is based on French Figural mantel clocks originally made during the early to mid 19th Century. While some examples of the originals can sell for over $80,000, these modern copies sell for less than $50.00.

I am by no means an expert

I am by no means an expert in clocks, but from my experience, most clocks that require battery power, particularly AAA, AA, C, D, and 9v cells, are no more than 20 years old and lack any significant monetary value (largely owing to the lack of sophisticated "works" of their earlier traditional predecessors). Still, your example seems nice to look upon, so enjoy!
