Just a comment. I am not an expert but I have collected depression glass for over 40 years so I thought I would be able to help you on this item. This piece looks very familiar but I have searched Hazel Marie Weatherman book 2 and could not find it. I agree itĀ appears to beĀ depression glass, maybe a relish dish, but it is hard to tell from a picture.Ā I am sorry I could not help you any further.

Re: pink glass butter dish/pickle dish or something?

It is an Anchor Hocking Old Cafe pattern. I had to tell you, although I couldn't figure out when this was written? I get very frustrated when I can't find a pattern:) take care!
