Northern Furniture Co., Buffet

By markyb13, 7 October, 2007
Description

I was given the buffet in 1982, but now my wife wants to sell it, and that's why I want to know how much it is worth and/ or how to sell it. It has a few minor scatches throughout. All of the doors and drawers work well. The top left drawer has a built in devider. I don't know what kind of wood it is made out of. The bottom of the drawers are dark brown (perhaps mohagany?).

Thanx

This piece is in what's

This piece is in what's referred to as the Federal Revival style, these were made in large numbers from the 1920's through the 1950's. Values tend to be modest for examples in need of refinishing, anywhere for $200.00 - $400.00.
