History Purchased from a service man who got it from his NCO while overseas as a gift. It had been purchased from an antique store overe there. it has multiple carvings, most notable, the birds on the door panels. Some discoloration of beveled mirror around edge, and a little end piece broken off the center drawer handle. There are two small drawers on either said on top and a center drawer in lower front, as well as two compartments with a shelf in them on each side.

<p>These are generally South East Asian pieces, and they are &quot;Made fror Export&quot; items sold to tourists and servicemen. The vast majority of them are not antique, very few date before 1890 and they are currently still in production in China.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Lovejoy </p>
