Hello, If someone has
Hello,
If someone has expertise about your item I am sure they will respond. Please remember that paintings are probably the most difficult thing to appraise, especially via the Internet. In order for someone to have information about your work of art they will have to know the artist, the artists's style (as most artists have many works that not even an expert may know), and make assumptions as to whether your painting is genuine or not.

Nobody could tell much from
Nobody could tell much from the image provided, but it appears to be a print. Suzanne Valadon is very well known and it shouldn't be very hard to find information. Here's a link to get you started. As for the piece itself you really need to have it physically examined to determine what it really is.

Well if it is truly an oil
Well if it is truly an oil and not a print on cardboard, you really should be contacting Sothebys.com. and have an appraiser examine it. Nobody can really tell you anything more about this pieces with out actually physically examining it.
