Hand Carved Room Divider / Screen

By tgiff76, 11 November, 2007
Description

Wood, hand carved, 4 panel room divider.  I purchased this at a used furniture store. The owner knew nothing about it.  It is fairly heavy and very beautiful.  I fell in love with it the minute I saw it.  It is white washed.

Re: Hand Carved Room Divider / Screen

it appears to be victorian, so Im guessing by the style early 1900s was when it was made. maybe german, italian - because theyre known for their carving wood items. idk? id have to see it in person.
