Silver Plated Cruet - Monogrammed

It looks like (print is very small and fine) the number 999 above 1099 with the word Fine written to the side is on the silver at the base.

History
Monogrammed with the Initials MMc. These would be ancestors from Scotland.

I have a set of these beautiful Cruets, any ideas as to the origin?

They were made on both sides

They were made on both sides of the Atlantic, quite often the silver is stamped with Hallmarks if English, numbers such as 900 or 800 if European, and "Sterling" if American.

Thank you so much for your reply, I sincerely appreciate your time.

These Cruets are stamped with numbers, it looks like 999 over another number hard to read but it looks like 1099.  Should I assume they were made in Europe then?  Also, any idea on the value of these?

They are what's called

They are what's called Silver Overlay, most date from the late 19th century and are in the Art Nouveau style. Value wise- about $150.00 a piece.
