I have a full set of Syracuse China, in the Federal Shape, and Stansbury Pattern.
In the set there is 12 teacups, 12 saucers, 8 dinner plates, 8 pie plates, 8 fruit bowls, 8 rimmed soup bowls, 1 covered casserole dish, 1 creamer, 1 sugar bowl w/ lid, 1 lrg meat platter, 1 small meat platter, 1 relish dish, 1 gravy boat, and 1 serving bowl. I was told that this a very valuable complete set of dinner china. The pattern is very beautiful, there are small pink flowers with green vines around the edges, and the color of he actual china is slightly cream colored, with a gold rim on all the dishes.
I am just trying to get a few ideas on cost before i actually sell it. i am not a big china fan, but I think these are beautiful dishes, and it will be rather hard to part with these, but I am planning a wedding and need to sell some things unfortunately.
Thanks so much for your time.
Re: Syracuse China complete dinner set
I know this is 2 years after your post, but did you ever get feedback from your inquiry? I too have inherited a set of this china and wonder on the value.
