Cut glass vase

Description

I do not know much about the history of this vase other then it was from the late 1940’s. There were no markings on this vase.  I was interested in knowing the history and value (if any) of this vase.

Re: Cut glass vase

Cut glass used to be a favorite wedding present, but today demand for it is in the tank. The reason being everyone is now inheriting Grandma's or Mom's crystaland trying to sell it. While older marked pieces by well known makers such a Waterford or Libbey still find buyers pieces like yours by unknown maker often sell for less than $50.00 at auction.
