Fenton Aqua opalescent ruffled bowl in Dragon and Lotus

Description

My Mom bought this plate at an auction and when looking through her Fenton book,  we noticed one just like it for $2,200. We started looking on Ebay and see them anywhere from $35 & up. How do we tell the difference between the "cheaper" plate & the plate worth the large amount of money?

Your Fenton mark can also help you know, also, on these items, I understand the smoother the bottom rim, the liklier it is to be an original antique, older & used a bit.

Unfortunately, it looks like their collector plate molds were broken, so the ones on EBay would not be original reissues, but reproductions.
