chifferobe or dresser?

Description

approx. 4ft. tall  - 3 ft. wide.

Left side has 4 small draws and 1 big.

Right side has door with metal rack inside on top for small hangers.

 Also on front of door is old painting of little girl with umbrella playing with ducks.

I'm not even sure if this is a dresser, changing table, or chifferobe. Can someone remember having this and what it is specifically called? Thank you.
