chifferobe or dresser?

Description

approx. 4ft. tall  - 3 ft. wide.

Left side has 4 small draws and 1 big.

Right side has door with metal rack inside on top for small hangers.

 Also on front of door is old painting of little girl with umbrella playing with ducks.
