Description After some research, I found that this piece is definitely from Forbes Silver Company; I just have no idea of the date of manufacture, what it's actually made of (silver? silver plate over what?), and what it might be worth (my guess is less than $100).

That is a silverplate mark for Forbes. I don&#39;t think the base metal would effect value. My guess would be <strong>way</strong> under $100 <img src="/sites/all/modules/tinymce/tinymce/jscripts/tiny_mce/plugins/emotions/images/smiley-cry.gif" border="0" alt="Cry" title="Cry" />
