This is a set  complete  that is hand painted  beige body with light blue  trim  handpainted japanese flowers  in white  with stems and accents

Without photos a valuation would be a pure guess. I reached into my hat and came up with $39.  I'll bet it's worth more cuz hat doesn't know anything. Wink
