He also did nudes which is far from this subject. An original nude was auctioned in Texas in October for an est. sale price of $400-800.00 dollars.
Same size as yours approx......Is this a print? Why are there 2 signatures?

It is an actual oil painting, why the two signatures I have no idea. One is done in a dark pigment and the other almost blends in with the painting. Any information on the artist would be greatful.

I've nothing on this artist as far as biography goes, but that's not uncommon. Thousands of artists labor on as "Unknowns", meaning there is little demand for their work, and therefore little research has been completed on their working life. Paintings by such artists tend to be sold as decorator art at under $500.00.
