Description This has been in our family many years. It has the numbers 989/29 with a design and word under it, that I cannot make out. It is 10 inches across and looks china painted. It is very pretty.

<p>Unless a decorator plate is by a &quot; Big Name&quot; maker such as Meissen, Worcester, Royal Doulton or Royal Vienna, values tend to be very modest for them. I know the mark for this one, but it escapes me at the moment ;~)  Most such plates sell for under $30.00.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Lovejoy </p>
