highboy dresser

By justindp, 27 January, 2009
Description

I would love some advice on whether or not this piece is worth anything. I have not been able to find any information on the maker. As you can see it was made in 1934. Any help would be greatly appreciated

Re: highboy dresser

These pieces were generally made from the mid 20's forward and remain in production to this day. It's in the Colonial Revival style, which is a mix of styles made during the USA's Colonial period (1620-1780). Values depend mainly on how close they follow the originals and current condition,at auction $200.00- $400.00 .
