Values for comics depends entirely on the character the comic is based on, its condition and rarity.  Without proper identification nobody can anwer your question.

There is no comic titled War Stories.There is however a comic titled Star Spangled War Stories.I think you didn't include the full title.There is nothing special in this issue. You say that the condition is excellent but without a good picture of the front and back cover it is impossible to be accurate.In good (2.0) to very good (4.0) the book values from $15 to $30.If you send me some scans,I can appraise more accurately.
