I have this same exact bottle.  Obviously, the tax stamp on mine is different.  It reads: 36-9145639.  I also purchased this at the F&W Festival (in 2008?)  I haven't been able to find a possible value for this either.  I was rather surprised to learn that someone else had a bottle like this!
