Re: Murano Glass Rooster

Many of these modern Venetian Murano sculptures are not signed, most were marked with a foil label that rarely survives
the first washing. There are many makers of glass in Italy, such as Toso, Dino Martens, Salviati and many others, but without
a label it is difficult to attribute any one maker to items of this type. Most rooster's sell in the $50.00- $200.00 range at auction.

Re: Murano Glass Rooster

Thank you, Lovejoy !
I've encountered many Murano roosters, but this is by far the largest. It is a beautiful piece and I wish it still had it's sticker.
I appreciate the information.
