Difficult to tell if your clock is American or English without more information. Judging by the lack of keyholes it looks like a 30 hour clock, which were made in both places. The painted dial looks like a replacement, at auction similar clocks without documentation sell anywhere from $1500.00- 3500.00. lovejoy
