The Painter is the 7th issue in the Norman Rockwell Centennial Collection. Produced by the Rockwell Society and the edition was closed in 1983. I've seen this offered anywhere between $10 and $45 with the original paperwork that came with the plate. The Ship Builder is 4th issue in the Rockwell Heritage Collection. Made in China by Knowles. Limited edition closed in 1980. I've seen it offered for as high as $50 and as little as $10. Dreaming in the Attic is the 1st plate in the Rockwell Rediscovered Women series. Made in China by Knowles. Series was issued between 1980 and 1982. Again the price varies up to around $50.
