The one with the crown is 2 gallon from Ransbottom Brothers Pottery in Ohio

i have a collection of the #2 crown crocks. the 2 does not mean 2 gal. There are crocks much bigger with a 1. I have learned the 1s are older than the 2 and the 3s are younger yet
