HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO FIND OUT ANYTHING ABOUT THIS PATTERN OR VALUE OF PLATTER. THINK IT IS A MEAT PLATTER BECAUSE OF WELL AROUND PLATTER RIM.

I have a soup tureen that looks like this pattern and has the same markings on the bottom except that the number is 3. It also has a P and a C on either side of the crossed swords. My mother bought the 12 place settings, meat platter, and soup tureen when we were stationed in Germany from 1947 to 1950. I don't know where she bought it but we were stationed near Nuremberg at the time.
