Based on the look of it appears to be a 1920's piece, The Parsons plant was on Bay Street near Division Street made compact kitchen units for apartments and other small spaces until about 1943 when it was turned to war production. The company was moved to California in the 1960's. Putting a value on this is difficult, you might want to contact antiquestoves.com
