Old Silver Bowl

Description My x-husband was stationed on the USS Anchorage and brought this bowl home before the ship was decommissioned. I held on to it because I always liked the way it looks. I am just curious to find out if it is worth anything. I can upload a picture if necessary for appraisal.

I have an identical bowl attached to a saucer, same exact sizes with the same markings except I don't see the "k" and mine has a tiny box with the number 67 in side. Any idea what this is?
