CB&Q was an extremely large road that lasted for over 100 years. The globe is quite valuable however I wouldn't characterize it as extremely rare or perhaps not even moderately rare due to the number of examples out there. Its a fine piece in good condition and should do well.

After letting it go for $1500, I found out that it was one of three left of this exact same molding and had collectors say they would pay over $5000. Lesson learned.
