Theo A Koch Barber Chair

Theo A Koch Barber chair. I have no idea what year it is from, maybe someone can tell me how I can tell. This chair and one other (Koken) are my father's and he is wanting to know the value. He is interested in selling it. I believe he got them from an old barber friend of his that passed away several years ago. They have been stored in his climate controlled warehouse. He is selling the building and now wants to sell the chairs.
